Ultra-low-power Nordic nRF52840 node for vibration, temperature, and magnetic sensing with multi-year coin-cell life.

A coin-cell industrial sensor node built on the Nordic nRF52840. It samples vibration (MEMS), temperature, and a hall-effect channel, then advertises compact BLE packets to a gateway on a configurable schedule.

The design targets multi-year battery life through aggressive sleep, sensor power gating, and carefully budgeted radio duty cycles. Enclosure and antenna layout were co-designed for metal-rich plant floors.
